Please make sure you fill in the form before you return an item to us. 
You will receive an email with details and a confirmation number to start the return process. 

Keep in mind that ONLY approved items will be processed.

Returns and Refund Policies

1. Replacement, Exchange, or Refund

No4mat will offer a replacement item or full refund on items that are proven to be damaged or lost during transit/delivery.
The policy applies to the following items and conditions:

2. Conditions for Approved Returns

All items must be unused, have original packaging, and contains no minor tear that didn’t exist prior to shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:
– ‘Customized’ or ‘Personalized’ items without error.
– ‘Customized’ or ‘Personalized’ items where the customer made the error.
– Any items where a request for a refund is made past the return period expiration.

– Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges when returning an item. Shipping charges are ONLY refundable IF the error or loss of an item is the fault of No4mat.

3. Return Period

Customers can request a refund or replacement in the following timeframe as our policy allows:
– Mugs, Cups, Glass: 14 Days
– Tumblers, Metal Cups, Wood Items: 7 Days
– T-Shirt, Sweaters, Hoodies, and other garments: 7 Days

4. Refund Process

Once an item is approved for a refund, all payments will be processed back to the original card used as payment method within 7 business days.

Should your order arrive in a damaged state, kindly reach out to us promptly at info@no4mat.com. Include your order number and attach a photo illustrating the item’s condition. We handle these incidents on an individual basis, striving to find a satisfactory resolution for you.
