What's the Timeframe to process and ship my order?
At No4mat, we do our best to process orders promptly, but since we are currently a small team, we give ourselves enough time to process as many orders in a day as possible.Â
Ready-made (Non-Custom) Items
It typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to process ready-made (non-customizable) items.
Customizable Items
For customizable items, the process time is between 5 to 7 business days to complete customize orders.
As Fast As Possible
Rest assured though that we try to process the orders as fast as possible where we use the least number of the allocated days available.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
Please cancel within 2 hours so that we don’t get to lock and process your order.
- We understand that an item may be ordered by mistake, or situation may change. So, therefore, you may need to cancel your order. No4mat allows you to make a cancellation within 2 hours of the time the order went through on our site.
- To cancel an order, please log into your account and look for the cancellation button.
My order was cancelled by No4mat, why?
- There could be two reasons why an order is canceled by No4mat.
- Reason one: It can be due to materials, texts or images violating our guidelines. In most cases, we will seek first to engage a compromise with you, the customer. If the material cannot be changed to fit our standard then the order will be canceled.
- Reason two: It could be that as we receive your order, the inventory for the particular item you need runs out.
- The full amount charged will be refunded back to the same form of payment originally used to place the order.Â

What Is Your Return Policy?
How are my orders shipped if I buy both ready-made and customizable items?
Since customizable items requires extra time to process, the ready-made (non-customizable) item will be shipped separately first.
The Delivery Was "Returned To Sender". Why?
If your order is being returned to the sender, it means that delivery was unsuccessful. Common reasons for items being returned include:
- Incorrect Address:
The address provided does not exist or contains errors. - No Forwarding Address:
You moved to a different location but order under the old address. - Refusal by Recipient:
The item was not accepted from delivery person.
We can always send the item again once the shipping situation is sorted out with. however, please keep in mind that new shipping cost may apply.
Please always double check your address and also make sure to review the shipping information listed in the confirmation email.
I'm interested in an item but it's out of stock. what now?
No problem! Please sign up for our insiders newsletter, and you will be alerted whenever items are in stock again. The newsletter form is located on the footer of this page.

What are the payments methods available on No4mat?
On No4mat’s website, we accept the following payments:Â
Can No4mat's deliver to P.O. Box?
- No, unfortunately we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box or overseas military addresses like AFO/FPO.
Do You Ship International (Outside of the U.S)?
- Currently, No4mat ONLY ships locally to the 50 states of the U.S.Â
We would love to serve people outside of the United States. So, we are looking into ways to expand our reach and serve other areas as we go.

Is a product replaceable if it arrives damaged?
Yes, absolutely! We take quality seriously, and if your product arrives damaged, we will promptly replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged item.
It’s broken? It’s our fault? We will replace it. no questions asked!
What if I have a Tumbler or Mug with a faulty lid?
- For Tumblers and Mugs, lids are replaceable by request within the first 14 days after delivery. If you encounter any issues with your lid, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
What about scratches and dents? Are they covered?
- Unfortunately, scratches and dents are not covered under our replacement policy. However, we encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure its pristine condition.

How do I clean my tumbler or mug?
Proper cleaning is essential to maintain your tumbler or mug. Follow these steps:
- Handwashing: If your tumbler is not dishwasher-safe, soak it in warm, soapy water for about 10 minutes. Then scrub it with a bottle brush and rinse thoroughly.

What should I use to clean pottery mugs?
- Whether you have ceramic, stoneware, earthenware, or porcelain mugs, opt for a mild soap or detergent without abrasive additives.
- Avoid using harsh cleaning solvents that could damage the glaze or discolor the mug over time.
How should I store my tumbler or mug?
- Store your lids separately from the bottles or tumblers to allow air circulation.
- Proper storage helps maintain the quality and longevity of your drinkware
- Store them upright to prevent leaks and maintain their shape. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of them.
Can I heat my tumbler or mug over a stovetop or open flame?
- No, avoid using any metal Drinkware on a stovetop or over an open flame or heat source.
- Stick to safe methods like microwave or hot water for warming your beverages
How to get rid of my tumbler's bad smell?
- Often, if you leave a tumbler with certain fluid content over a period of time with the lid closed, you may end with some discomforting odor. We recommend you give the lid a little bit of attention by letting it sit in dish cleaning water for a couple of hours, or even overnight for better result.

- No, you can shop without logging in! However, creating an account lets you track your orders conveniently and enjoy extra features our site has to offer.

How do I Unsubscribe from your email list?
We’re sad to see you go. However, we make it very easy for you to unsubscribe from our list.
- If you no longer wish to receive marketing and discount emails from us, you can easily look at the bottom of any emails already sent by us to you and click on the “unsubscribe” link.
What's The Average response time for inquiries
- We do our best to answer your inquiries or concerns between 48 to 72 hours during business days (weekends and holidays are not included).
Can I work for no4mat?
- We’re very humble that you’d like to work for us. However, we don’t have any openings. If and when a position becomes available, we will make sure to post it here, and also announce it through other part of the site.
