1. Processing Time:
• Ready-made, non-custom items are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*.
• Customized items are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*.
* Excluding holidays means an order placed on Friday night will start processing the following Monday.
2. Rate & Fees
• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [].
3. Free Shipping Policy
• No4mat offers FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling over $100 (after calculated discount and taxes).
3. Order Confirmation
• Once an order is successfully placed, an email is sent to your email as confirmation. In case it’s not appearing in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.
Also, once an order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Tracking
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the FedEx or USPS website.
If you haven’t received your order within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@no4mat.com with your name and order number, and we will do our due diligence on the matter.
